For that purpose, we provide all the necessary support, including help with filling out the required forms, translation of personal information into Kazakh and Russian languages, notary services, as well as the photo cabinet.

Under the national legislation, foreigners, who plan to stay in Kazakhstan longer than 5 days (as of the date of crossing the national border), are required to register with the police in due time. Failure to do so could lead to severe penalties. The AIFC Expat Centre has a police service on site, that will help you register in no time.

According to the Tax Code of Kazakhstan, all money operations [incl. repayment of taxes] involving Kazakhstan banks require the use of an Individual Indentification Number [IIN]. The IIN is a unique 12-digit number issued by the national revenue services. The AIFC Expat Centre has representatives of the NRS on site, that will issue you your IIN within 1 business day.

Once expats obtain Electronic Digital Signatures [EDS], they immediately get a full access to all government services for foreign nationals, provided through the E-Government, or at the local Public Service Centres. An EDS has the same legal and enforceable status as a handwritten signature. You can get your EDS in the AIFC Expat Centre within several minutes.
